How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within up to 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes up to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 14 business days from purchase.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual due to carrier delays.


Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Some orders may take a little longer to reach certain addresses.


Do you offer expedited shipping?
We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time.


Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax and discounts).


What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We only accept claims if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.


Do you allow exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges for size or style preference. Please check the size guide before placing your order. If an item arrives incorrect or with a print issue, we’ll replace it at no cost once your claim is verified.


Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to make updates or issue cancellations.


How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can check the status anytime.


How should I care for my items?
Wash items cold, inside out. Tumble dry on low heat. Please avoid bleach and fabric softeners to keep your items looking their best.
