At My Sweet Little One, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Processing & Shipping
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size or style preference. Please check the size guide before placing your order. If an item arrives incorrect or with a print issue, we’ll replace it at no cost once your claim is verified
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
Order Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to make updates or issue cancellations.
Return Shipping
Since every item is custom-made, returns are not accepted unless specifically authorized by our team. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
