Shipping and Returns

At My Sweet Little One, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.


Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: up to 7 business days
  • Shipping time: up to 7 business days after processing
  • Total delivery time: typically within 14 business days from purchase
  • Shipping area: United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Free shipping: available on orders over $100 (before tax and discounts)
  • Expedited shipping: not available at this time
  • Please note: During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual due to carrier delays.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or style preference. Please check the size guide before placing your order. If an item arrives incorrect or with a print issue, we’ll replace it at no cost once your claim is verified


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
  • You cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it (before production starts)
  • If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged and you prefer a refund over a replacement, we’ll process it once the item has been returned and verified.


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.


Order Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to make updates or issue cancellations.


Return Shipping

Since every item is custom-made, returns are not accepted unless specifically authorized by our team. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
