Returns Policy
- Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with our print partner to resolve it.
- Refunds will be processed once your return is approved. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- We cannot accept returns due to customer error in sizing, color choice, or change of mind. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

- Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar usually sits.
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
If your pet is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
