Materials & Care

• Pawrent Hoodie: Cotton/poly fleece; soft brushed interior. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron prints.
• Pawrent T-Shirt: 100% cotton or cotton blend (varies by color/provider). Machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low.
• Pet Hoodie: Durable poly/cotton blend; comfy fit for movement. Machine wash cold, lay flat or tumble dry low.
• Pet T-Shirt: Lightweight polyester or cotton blend (varies). Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
• Bandana Collar: 100% polyester bandana with adjustable black collar and plastic buckle. Spot clean or gentle wash cold; air dry.
• Accessories (hats, phone cases, mugs, etc.): Materials vary by item. Wipe clean or hand wash as noted on the product page.

Fit & Sizing

• Pawrent Apparel: Unisex fit. True to size; size up for a looser fit.
• Pet Apparel: Sizes S–XL. Measure chest and back length; choose the larger size if between sizes.
• Bandana Collar: Adjustable collar:
  • S: 10″–16.75″
  • M: 12″–20.25″
  • L: 14.25″–23″
  • XL: 15.5″–23.5″

Safety

• Make sure pet apparel and collars aren’t too tight. Check fit regularly.
• Supervise pets while they wear accessories like bandanas or hoodies.

• Each item is printed on demand. Small variations in color or placement can occur.
• Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on the product and provider.

Shipping

• All products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print providers (Gelato, Printful, Printify, and Printkk).
• Production Time: 2–7 business days (varies by product and provider).
• Shipping Time:
  • U.S. Orders: 5–12 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days
• Please allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak seasons or holidays.
• Orders with multiple items may ship separately, depending on the product and provider.

Returns Policy

• Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with our print partner to resolve it.
• Refunds will be processed once your return is approved. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
• We cannot accept returns due to customer error in sizing, color choice, or change of mind. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

How to Measure Your Pet

• Chest: Measure around the widest part of your pet’s chest.
• Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar usually sits.
• Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

If your pet is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
